Text Messaging
Providing a phone number, submitting a financing inquiry or application, creating an account, or subscribing to email updates does not by itself enroll you in marketing text messages. Marketing SMS requires a separate, affirmative opt-in specifically for Abstract Capital Group. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying for financing, purchasing services, or receiving financing assistance.
The Abstract Capital Group text program covers business advisory services and financing assistance, including marketing messages sent using automated technology to people who separately opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent or HELP for assistance once the program is active. For help now, contact info@abstractcapitalgroup.com or call 516-253-1095. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS opt-in records and consent apply only to Abstract Capital Group. They are not sold, shared with or transferred to lenders, financing partners, affiliates or other businesses for their own messaging. Service providers may process information necessary to operate our messaging program solely on our behalf. These SMS limits apply even where the application provisions above authorize sharing financing information. See our text messaging privacy and consent policy.
The text program is awaiting activation. You may record your separate SMS choice and read the SMS program terms on our dedicated text signup page. Submitting that form does not send a text or apply for financing.
The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into the binding contract); because all or part of the applicant’s income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. If for any reason your application for business credit is denied, you have the right to a written statement of the specific reasons for the denial.
