HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT
Your home’s equity can help you plan your next move. Explore a flexible credit line with guidance from an Abstract advisor.
*Subject to lender approval, property review, available equity, credit, income, state availability and complete documentation. Timing includes applicable waiting periods and may be longer. A total term may combine draw and repayment periods; new draws are not available for the entire term.
YOUR EQUITY. A THOUGHTFUL PLAN.
A home equity line of credit lets eligible homeowners borrow against available equity, up to an approved limit. During the draw period, you may access funds as needed under the agreement. When the repayment period begins, new draws generally end and the balance must be repaid.
If you cannot repay, you could lose your home. Rates may be variable and payments can increase. Review the APR, fees, draw restrictions, repayment schedule and any balloon payment before signing. Using home equity to pay other debts changes the risk because those obligations become secured by your home.
